Orders & Shipping Policy
- Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
- Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
- The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
- We dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- There are no shipping charges for prepaid orders. However, for all COD orders there will be a shipping charge of INR 49 per order.
- Any shipping and delivery related dispute has to be updated or informed to us within 48 hours by email (humans@baebeau.in ), but preferably within 24 hours for us to be able to provide a resolution. All Courier and Logistics Partners in India do not entertain and resolve any delivery related disputes if raised after 48 hours as per policy, and hence even if we want to help you we will be constrained and unable to provide you a resolution if not notified within this timeline.
- Baebeau has not started international shipping at the moment.
Damages
Baebeau is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
How are the items packaged?
We package every individual product in secondary packaging box, which is then placed in a shipping box with fillers. Our secondary packaging can be opened and there is product related information on the inside of each packaging box. We currently use bubble-wrap on some boxes (which are extra fragile) but are making efforts to move away from single use plastic fillers. All information about our product, including complete ingredient list is printed on the product and the outer packaging, plus our website has additional information as well.
Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.
The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be conveyed to you which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.
Baebeau ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Baebeau is not liable and would request its users to cooperate. Also, Baebeau reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to the customer.
How can you track your order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Does Baebeau ship outside India?
We are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
RETURN POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order cannot be cancelled once placed. Only COD orders can be cancelled when we call you for verification of the order. If you need to convey a change in address or contact info after you've placed the order, write to us at humans@baebeau.in. We can accommodate these changes only within 12 hours of you placing an order, or before your order has been shipped (whichever is early). Once the order has been shipped, these changes unfortunately cannot be accommodated for.
REFUND/ RETURN POLICY
- Our products once opened/used cannot be repackaged or resold due to the seal being broken. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on used merchandise.
- Returns will only be accepted for products that have been physically damaged in transit or products that have physical defects (broken bottles etc.) or if the incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent on humans@baebeau.in within 24 hours from receiving the order, in order for us to accept the request. The damage occurred to products in transit should be evident in the photos, and acceptance of the same is subject to final approval. If you don't have any photos or fail to send in the photos within 24 hours, we unfortunately cannot entertain any damage complaints. Acceptable returns have to returned back in proper condition in the box that they came in, and properly wrapped in safety packaging that it was shipped in.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used / opened / tried and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Baebeau will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.
- Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued, as per the customer’s preference. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
- If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery or within 24 hours as aforementioned.
- If a product doesn't suit your skin, it is unfortunately not a ground for return. Our products are made with clean ingredients that are suitable for all skin types. However, we understand that skincare is subjective, and not all products will suit every person / skin. This is an inherent risk the buyer assumes when purchasing skincare, beauty, consumable items from anywhere. If you have concerns on correct usage you can reach out to our support team anytime on humans@baebeau.in and we'll do our best to guide you in using the product(s) correctly.
